These terms govern your use of our website and your enrolment in any Varsity by InterviewBit programme. Please read them carefully.
By accessing our website or enrolling in a programme, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These terms form a binding agreement between you and Varsity by InterviewBit, operated by Scaler / InterviewBit (the "Company"). They apply to all visitors, enquirers and enrolled learners. Programme-specific terms set out in an official notification, offer letter or partner document apply in addition to these terms.
You must be of legal age to contract and able to meet any programme-specific eligibility criteria. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep any login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Submitting an enquiry or application does not guarantee a seat. Admission is confirmed only after any screening, issuance of an offer, and payment of the applicable fee within the stated window. Seats, cohort dates and intake are limited and may be subject to the partner institute's notification.
Fees, taxes and any financing options are stated at the point of enrolment and in the applicable notification. Where a programme is delivered with a partner institute, the fee may be payable to the institute or as directed in the offer. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any partner-specific terms.
We aim to deliver each programme as described. We and our partner institutes may reasonably modify the schedule, faculty, delivery mode, content or platform to maintain quality or for operational, academic or regulatory reasons. Recordings, where provided, are for your personal learning use only.
Certification is issued by the relevant partner institute on meeting its completion criteria — for IIT Delhi programmes, a CEP-issued e-certificate. No job, placement, salary or employment outcome is promised or guaranteed, and participation does not confer alumni status of any partner institute. Any career support described is assistance, not a guarantee of any result.
You agree not to misuse our services, including: sharing access or content without permission; cheating or plagiarising in assessments; harassing others; or disrupting sessions or systems. We may suspend or remove access for breaches, subject to applicable policy.
All Content and the Varsity brand are owned by the Company or its licensors and partner institutes and are protected by law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access Content for your own learning during your enrolment. You may not copy, record, redistribute, sell or create derivative works from Content without prior written consent.
Programmes delivered with a partner institute are also governed by that institute's terms, notifications and certification norms, which prevail for matters within the institute's remit. Our site may link to or rely on third-party services, which are governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for third-party content or services.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or opportunity. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to a programme will not exceed the fees you paid for that programme. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You may stop using our services at any time, subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or where required by law or a partner institute. Provisions that by their nature should survive — such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability — will survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at [City], India will have jurisdiction, and the parties will attempt to resolve disputes amicably before initiating proceedings.
We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date will reflect the latest version, and continued use means acceptance. Questions? Email legal@varsity.example or visit our contact page.
